Brandon Schilter

Success stems from hard work, sacrifice, and an indomitable spirit. It is not given freely, and it does not occur randomly. It is earned. Brandon comes from a long line of working-class people, and this was a familiar lesson. A lesson he took to heart. Originally from Galveston, Texas, and raised in Friendswood, Texas, Brandon was taught by his family to do the right thing and to stand up for justice, even when it is not the easiest or most popular decision to make.

Brandon graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He would later follow in his father’s footsteps by attending South Texas College of Law and received his Juris Doctor. While at South Texas College of Law, he participated in mock trials, alternative dispute resolution and served as the Vice President of the Real Estate & Construction Law Society. In 2014, Brandon was an Abraham Watkins Mock Trial Finalist and was awarded the Second Best Advocate Award along with several speaking awards.

Before joining Moseley & Associates, PLLC, Brandon represented individuals suffering from personal injuries at a respected Houston plaintiff’s litigation firm. Early in his career, Brandon began successfully litigating numerous jury trials across the state of Texas. Today, Brandon focuses his efforts on personal injury insurance claims and first-party insurance law both in state and federal court.

In his free time, Brandon can be found anywhere outdoors. An avid outdoorsman and Eagle Scout, you can find him mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and hunting. Connecting with nature is truly a personal passion.

In sum, Brandon is passionate about helping people get what they deserve. Using the skills and experience he has acquired in his life, Brandon seeks to uplift those who cannot lift themselves. He aims to prove to his clients that they are not simply a dollar figure but people with real problems and real needs that deserve real justice.
